Ciao, Martin
While viewing a kerneltrap story, is there any way to access a print-friendly version of it (no comments, none of the stuff on the sides, just a long "saussage" of formatted text)? Maybe i'm blind, but i can't find any obvious way of doing it.
1. http://kerneltrap.org/hackers/linux - page not found
2. mail notification is no more working, page with mail notification settings can not be found.
Please fix.
Thank you.
http://kerneltrap.org/stats/ seems to be offline. Is it busted? Its listed in the FAQ.

Can someone fix the domain used to send email. I'm trying to signup, but the mail gets rejected because my mail server doesn't like the kerneltraps return address (rightfully):
http@localhost.localdomain
Pleeeeease! :)
kerneltrap.org looks just auwful
The problem is that the left field with 'login', 'passwords' and votes below is way too wide, just so wide that voting strings such as "...should always be part of the Linux kernel because I'm using it and I don't know how to use ALSA" are all displayed in a single line (so it seems to be the cause), and there is almost no space for other content.
I'm using Gecko/20031016, so I thing webmasters should really take care of how kerneltrap feels in one of the most popular free browsers
Hello from Moscow,
and with best regards, Dmitry M. S.
Hello,
I was just trying to figure out how to possibly get some GNU/Hurd news on Kerneltrap. Seems there's no Hurd specific forum anymore (which I can understand of course, given the lack of content). Is the Kerneltrap community still interested in GNU/Hurd news/postings, or should I not bother?
cheers,
Michael
Revolution;
Lets have a revolution....
A kernel revolution none the less.
I am sick of the redmond bunch....
I am sick of the poughkeepsie bunch...
I am sick of the piscataway bunch...
What is wrong with them? well they are more than
a bit behind the curve... so tied up in what they
have already built that not a one of them can see
what could be built....
Just where does linux fit in ... er well
Hi,
I'm still experiencing rendering problems of the main page of kerneltrap.org while using latest Opera. The right frame is taking half of the screen. Anything I can do without changing the browser? :)
Bye,
Daniel
Uhm... What would be the best way to explain this...
user error: Duplicate entry 'taxnav:block:latest_updates' for key 1
query: INSERT INTO cache (cid, data, created, expire) VALUES('taxnav:block:latest_updates', 'News:The search function finds all posts of Anonymous users as well, ignoring the space in my nickname. It makes the recent posts feature rather useless for me, while it could be so useful. No big deal, can live without it, I just can't find some threads back, that's all.
I'm using Mozilla-1.6 on Fedora Core 1. The kerneltrap frontpage is formatted strangely, looks like it's too wide:
Anyone else is having trouble with persistent logins?
If i select "remember me" then i login to kerneltrap, then i close my browser, and then i open it up again and go to kerneltrap.org, i'm not logged in automatically.
I experienced this bug with mozilla-1.2.1 (the default that comes with Red Hat 9). While still on RH9, i upgraded to mozilla-1.4 and the bug was still there.
Now i'm on Fedora Core 1; the bug is still there with mozilla-1.4.1 (the default on FC1), and today i upgraded to mozilla-1.6 and i'm still experiencing the bug.
