i want to add encryption in the smtp mail
for this can anyone tell me
is it possible to add encryption in smtp mail at IP layer
if not, please tell me in which layer we can add encryption (other ther application layer)

(And yes, there're lots of ways to add strong encryption
for mail transfers!)
