Hello
When I am installing Trixbox V1.2.3 this based on Linux CentOS4.3 to the message:

Mkroot dev: label /1 not found
Mounting root filesystem
Mount: error 2 mounting ext3
Mount: error 2 mounting none
Switching to new root
Switchroot: mont failed: 22
Umount /initrd/dev failed: 2
Kernel panic-not syncing: Attempted to Hill init !

I do not understand
