I am working on RH Enterprise Linux ( kernel 2.6.10) , on a Intel server motherboard (SE7520BD2) with 2 onboard Gigabit Ethernet ports as shown below.

I figured that "sk98lin" was the module to be used for the Marvell
Gigabit card, however I am not able to get the port up and running with sk98lin.
Error message I get after modprobe sk98lin and trying to add sk98lin device to
the network configuration: "sk98lin device does not seem to be present:
Delaying initiatization"

Is there a problem with "sk98lin" for the 2.6.10 Red Hat kernel? What
are the drivers to be used instead of sk98lin for the Marvel Yukon GBE card ( 88E8050 ) ?
