Help creating a multiboot

Hi,

I currently have a Windows XP (SP2) installed on a 160GB Seagate IDE hdd, which is the master.
I've also recently install Mepis onto a slave 19.0GB Seagate IDE hdd.
I'm wondering if there's any way to create a multiboot so I can choose which one to boot to.
At the moment I have to change boot priority in the BIOS which is a real pain.
Any suggestions or help are much appreciated?

You can use grub, easy to install, easy to manage ... Easy!
Or you can use LILO, but grub is a new-generation boot loader ...
