Help!!have a problem with installtion of SK98LIN Gigabit Lan Drivers!

My motherboard is ASUS K8N4-E, it contains a Marvell 88E81111 Gigabit Lan Chip
my kernel is kernel-2.6.16-1.2093_FC5.i686

but when i install the driver,after inputing #./install.sh
it says encounter a problem when compiling the kernel and ask me to see the log file.

The log files says:
..............
.............
+++ Compile the driver
+++ ====================================
make: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux'
Building modules, stage 2.
MODPOST
make: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux'
+++ Compiler error

What's the problem with that??
i got confused~~

Aehm, is there a real reason why you use these old drivers?
if there isn't one, please take a look @ skge.
