Hello all. I have installed Mandrake 10.1 on my secondary system, which consists of a K62+/550 on a VIA MVP3 chipset mainboard. I am trying to use an ISA sound card in it with a Crystal cs4235 chip. This card has worked in the past, in the same computer, in Mandrake 8 or 9.something, with Kernel 2.4. All I have had to do is "modprobe snd-cs4235" and everything worked. What has changed between Kernel 2.4 and 2.6? Or maybe it was the BIOS flash I did to make this thing recognized the K62+? Thanks in advance...
