Routing Issue with 3.6

Ok. Just wiped out my older openbsd and did a clean install of 3.6. I'm going to use this box as a firewall and have 2 nics installed. The installation went smoothly, both ifaces are active and working. I have the packet forwarding enabled in the rc file and pf is off as of now...

I currently have a single windows box connected to the bsd box which connected to my main router (192.168.1.1). From my xp box I can ping both rl0 and rl1, but I cannot get through to the router (or rather the packets aren't being returned). Everything on the internal lan side is good, but I can't get through the external interface.

I've tried zebra as well and still am having the same problem. did some basic troubleshooting and found that the cables and nics are all ok... doesn't seem to be hardware issue.

Any help? suggestions?

Can you post the output of "ifconfig -a" and of "route -n show"? Between the two of them, they'll give a clue as to why the box isn't routing packets.
