Where can i get the complete Frame Buffer Document ?

How the Graphics driver works in Linux.?
How the Xfree or xorg Communicating with the Driver.?

I was also looking for similar kind of information, but I was also unable to get the exact kind of information I needed, well about the frambufffers you can lookin :
