ifconfig -L sip0 does not return pltime

Hello,

We are using netbsd 1.6.2. We have IPv6 configured on the netbsd x86 box. When I use ifconfig -L sip0 I do not see the pltime or vltime displayed. Do I need a different version of netbsd? Any help would be appreciated.
