Has anybody else had trouble with touchpads with Fedora?

With FC1, I didn't have any problems for almost a year. But then all of a sudden my CD-RW drive just disappeared, and then a couple days later I couldn't tap the touchpad to click on anything.

So I D/L'd FC2 and had the same problems, except that they didn't disappear this time, they just didn't appear at all.

However, they work fine when booting from my WinBlows partition.

Ideas??
