Do you mean you want to be reading through the forums, find something interesting, and be able to click "blog it" and have a copy of it / link to it show up in your blog?
If so, this functionality is not currently enabled / implemented.
Drupal 4.5 is coming out soon, and I intend to upgrade KernelTrap. Perhaps at that time I'll look into adding this functionality. Hopefully someone has already contributed a module that implements this...
(In other words, it will likely be at least a month before you see such a feature)
