Recently, I have build and installed Kernel 2.6.8 on my machine which has Red Hat Linux 9.0. I want to get the support of work queue in my kernel 2.6.8. Please guide me whether I need to patch my kernel 2.6.8 to get work queue interface. If yes, please tell me the patch so that I can proceed with that.

Does kernel 2.6.8 has work queue interface support? And if yes, then why can't I see any details about that via man.
