I installed kernel 2.6.1 on Mandrake 9.2 . All seems to work fine except that when booting the system goes in init 2 level. At this point I can type init 5 and it's working (X, network, ..)
Any help?
Edit /etc/inittab Change the line
id:2:initdefault:
to
id:5:initdefault:
>Edit /etc/inittab >Change the line >id:2:initdefault: >to >id:5:initdefault:
I had checked it. I reccompiled the kernel and now all are fine.
