Updated hyperthread patches

In the absence of anyone else doing the hyperthread stuff I was interested in, I've updated my patches to do it myself. Hyperthread awareness now extends to nice values and I've updated the functionality of my patches a little.

I promise it wasn't me that posted all those anonymous entries pointing to my blog! I guess they thought it was relevant to different subsections.

Hi Con... I did it. I want to be sure that readers who only look in hackers for kernel hacker journals find your entries. Currently the only way I can do this it to automatically duplicate your postings -- I will try and fix that in the near future, as soon as I have the time.
