ORGY at SEANS MOMS HOUSE... LET THE POKING BEGIN!!!

the show at old town pub was alright. I decided not to drink as much as i normally do, and well, either i did way worse or i noticed alot more mistakes i was making, as well as others in the band. then at the same time i thought the music was being played ludicrisly fast, yet i was being told by our sound guy and the bassist that i was playing entirely too slow. so i sped up, unfortunatly in doing so made the worst event happen of the night, we crashed and burned... bad on a song called "missionary"! but i do have to give credit that we were able to pull it together to finish the song once we all figured out what the hell happened... and so there inly's the question... was i wrong or were the bassist and sound guy just a little drunk... so as much as i don't want to, i am bringing a metronome to practice and to shows. I will also have a setlist with all the times written on it that all band members agree'd upon... so if anyone says anything i can tell them to stick it up their ass! its unfortunate in my opinion, but i'm sick and tired of getting shafted with comments like speed up, or slow down, no.. quit that, dood your fucking up, what the fucks wrong with you... bla bla bla so i brought it up and my bitch seemed to get noted, so we shall see how long it lasts...
the other shitty part of it, is that with all the opinions flying at me its starting to get me to not have fun anymore... and music just ain't about that... their needs to be a sense of seriousness but at the same time musicians just need to chill the fuck out! i'm an emotional player, when i'm mad i play like shit, but when i'm having fun i play like i been on the drums for 20 years... i'm tired of being mad

well i've colored my mohawk red... my original intent was blue, but i bought the wrong bleech kit and it didn't go as platinum as i wanted... and if i did blue there was a good chance it would turn out puke green... so i'm gonna give it a couple 3 weeks or so then rebleech it, and go blue... its really awesome to watch people do the double take when i'm looking right at them and they get embarrased and walk away briskly... also my girlfriend is a child psycology major, and a preppy cheeleader type, and we just are so opposite each other when we go out in public, we make quite the interesting couple

i'm tearing into my car in about 6 hours... the brakes are going so i gotta fix em now before they get bad... i can't bitch its been a pretty good runnin car since i got it... it was so funny the guy i got it off thought the head gasket was blown, and it turns out there was a hairpin leak in one of the hoses that was spraying right onto the block and causing steam... so i changed that and haven't had a problem since... i'm hoping that i will stumble upon a b18c3 motor for a good price so i can turn my 4 door into a sleeper... but thats later down the road when i can actually drive again hehehe

well i'm starting to buy new parts to put together a a new linux server... my buddy sean (www.catfeeder.net) turned me onto linux about 3 months ago... i'm really likeing it.i started out running windows xp with redhat under vmware... then i changed to the dual boot, now i'm trying to convert to running xp in vmware... but plain and simple i need a box that i can get working then not fuck with it... 2 guys i know ed and sean, they both know linux fairly well so i let them tinker with my box when i'm stumped... well ed that fucking cock did something with mozilla and erased my inbox messages... which included software i've bought, serial numbers to website domains, phone contacts for the band EVERYTHING... and i just cannot have that happen again... i really want to shoot ed in the face right now and hope that he lives... but that would just be bad karma... so i'm gonna build a server so i can use my kewl computer as the development box... ah well peace out

oh yea i'm having this strange idea pop into my head every now and then... and its that sean can be such the dick sometimes! he's such an awesome guy... everyone should have a friend like him!
