The approach you have taken is no solution. i have asked you politely to delete the three now 4 URLs created by your Kerneltrap mailing database. I have had the co-operation from 38 owners of mailing list. Three remain. One is yours and one has committed to removing the 2 URLs as soon as he has time but within 2 weeks.

i could have taken a different approach to what you have posted in your Kerneltrap database but prefer to be humoured by it. I kknow you work as a consultant at TAG Consulting and as soon as you delete the 4 URLS with my name in them , and google does not pick them up , you will never hear from me again.

I too have just been the subject of false-flag correspondence from 'Yoram Bar Shalom,' who approached me via LinkedIn and represented himself as the VP of a very large Swiss-based investment firm. After initial correspondence we started discussing the possibility of his firm investing in my start-up in Israel, and also of my becoming CEO of another Israeli start-up company, which apparently had some new technology in the field of IP tracing. Over the course of the next few e-mails, it became clear that Bar Shalom didn't understand anything at all about IP tracing or what it is used for, so that his alleged analysts' assessments must have been written by morons; and it also became clear that he didn't understand the banking system, which is the context of my company. I had asked him to identify his company, and from the one-pager he sent me, it became clear that this was the same imaginary company described to me about four years ago by Darori, who was briefly a prospective member of my management team and whom I threw out because of dishonesty and attempting to divert the company into the wrong direction. I also know of other occasions on which he has used another false name to advertise himself to business prospects via the Internet.

I have stopped emailing you directly, as it does no good. You either do not read my emails, or you do not understand what I write in them. I will no longer bother trying to explain to you that your name already was removed from the mailarchive databases. This should have been apparent to you when you clicked the links from Google and could not find any pages on the kerneltrap.org domain with your name actually in them. This should have been even more apparent from my repeated attempts to explain this to you. I do know you received my previous emails as you replied to them. I also know that you are reading comments following up to this blog, because you have also replied to them.

All of your mails get routed to my spam box, which I do not check every day. Reviewing my junk mail box this morning, I see that in the past week you've already sent 31 mails.

In your emails you ask, "Am I making a polite request?". Judging by the fact that you are harassing multiple people several times a day with these emails, the answer is quite clearly no. You are not being polite.

In another email you suggest, "Just so that I am not accused of spamming you.I added a few sentences in this email." Interesting theory. So I now have >30 emails from you that are each almost identical, and somehow you believe you are not spamming me? You are also creating new email addresses to send this spam from, some even with my name in the from address. This is clearly harassment. Fortunately for me the admins at hotmail.com don't agree with you, and agree that your emails qualify as harassment. I will continue to work with the admins from other email providers as long as you keep harassing me.

Finally, you state, "Simply delete your Blog on your Kerneltrap.org mailing list, delete the two URLs with Stephen Darori name in it, delete (Stephen darori, stephendarori, Steven Drori and Darori) from the erchives database of your mailing list, and you will never hear from me again". As I have already explained countless times, your names were already completely removed from my mailarchive database for >4 months, and yet you persisted in sending me multiple emails a week, ignoring my response. This has proven to me that doing what you request has no affect, and that you are simply intent on harassing me. So be it, my spam filters are quite effective and prevent me from seeing your messages except when I choose to clean out my junk box, and you are merely increasing the amount of information that will appear in this blog posting about you and your unfriendly techniques.

In response to your continued harassment, I have made this blog posting more SEO friendly. Why have I done this? To help prevent other people from being harassed by you -- if they spend a few minutes with a search engine they may find this page at which point they have the ability to make a more educated choice about whether or not they want to deal with you.

I will ask again politely: stop harassing me. Stop emailing me.

If I receive further emails from you, I will republish all the messages that you posted to public mailing lists that are in backups of my archives. This is not a threat, this is a simple statement of fact. It will take me about 10 minutes to locate the messages in the backups, then one click of my mouse button for each message I want to restore. Why would I do this? To make you realize that your repeated harassment is only going to be counter productive. I recommend that you stop your harassment now.

I'm not sure this is the right way to approach this. Just delete his e-mails, why put your time and energy into responding to them - click delete! You could be working on KernelTrap instead!

ometime ago Stephen Darori asked me to translate some urgent document,
for which he agreed to pay. Later on he added another short document
offering to pay, which I said he didn't have to providing that he would
pay for the former one. He wrote he was awaiting the approval of his
attorney, who just lost his mother, told me that he expects to pay by the
middle of February and asked for a few revisions, which I did. Then
I haven't heard from him for a while. Stephen ignored the firs email
I sent him, but replied to the second one, saying that he already paid some
other translator twice as much as I would have charged, that his attorney
rejected my translation and that he wouldn't possibly pay for something he
couldn't use. I threatened to publish his name in several black lists of
translators on the web, and even sue him. The following day I received an
email from - presumably - his daughter, one Mrs Einat Nudleman in New
York, who wrote that her father had committed suicide a few days ago,
according to her (?) she (?) was using this computer on which fortunately
his password was saved, she'll format the computer after she'll reply to
the numerous messages he received; yet, whatever issue I had had with her
father (?) will remain unresolved.
I wonder if it's true, and find it a little too far fetched to believe.
Stephen Darori (RIP?) must (have) be(en) a creative con artist.

I had a few months reprieve, and then "he" started again. I put "he" in quotes, as each mail and posting seems to claim to be someone different operating on the behalf of the person whose name is the title of this blog. "His" first email in a few months was not sent to me, but to a mailing list at my workplace -- rather than take an opportunity to act like a rational human being with direct communication, he immediately jumped into shotgun mode. Not that I'm surprised.

His latest threat, "there are numerous mailing lists that operate without human intervention as you and we too have a good understanding of the Google ranking system. Of course I will have nothing whatso ever to do with the Blogs and articles that will flood searches of [your place of work] and your name - they will just appear without recourse.."
