I have been following the linux kernel patches for the RT updates along with the 2.6.XX updates.
I've always had issues with our SSH server. We use it quite a bit for our control panel logins, and it seems to crash all the time and freezes the server.
I get a lot of spinlock issues in my kernel messages.
BUG: sleeping function called from invalid context init(536) at kernel/rtmutex.c:743
in_atomic():1 , irqs_disabled():0
Pid: 536, comm: init Not tainted 220.127.116.11-rt3 #1
I have these issues since the newer updated versions of the kernels and RT patches.
Let me know if there are any fixes for this.
Another bug is that when our servers reboot at night, they will freeze and not shutdown. Init will panic and not kill the SSH server.
So the server refuses to shutdown. So you can login to SSH but not login to any user.
A hard reboot fixes this but it gets quite annoying. Maybe someone can shed some light on this.
