I have deep respect for him. Many things went: more than 10 years in linux kernel development, tcpv4 syncookies implementation[0], x86_64 port, x86 merge and stepping out of i386 maintainership, nice in lkml, now changing employer from Suse to Intel (ask your's or maybe he wants to share something).
