!!JOB OPENING FOR LINUX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR !!!

Experience :- 6-10 yrs
Salary :- As per industry standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Deployment and maintenance of all Lime Spot web assets
• Primary contact for systems requirements for the India team and working closely with the US counterparts.
• Provide Level-2 support for production servers
• Remotely managing and monitoring Production Environment (mostly Linux based clusters and related technologies).

Qualifications:
You must have:
• Deployment experience and expertise with Linux-based web servers
• Significant Linux systems administration experience
• Security know-how
• Familiarity with cryptography tools (e.g. secure shell, OpenSSL, IPSec)
• Experience maintaining standard internet services such as DNS, DHCP, Samba, mail (e.g. Postfix, send mail)
• Shell scripting
• SQL database experience, specifically My SQL and Postgres
• Deep Apache knowledge (clusters, proxying, load balancing, SSL)
• Experience on Monitoring tools like tripwire, zenoss, opmanager, nagios or any other
• Open to working in 24x7 on call support, the candidate would be compensated as per industry standards for on call support.
• The ability to learn quickly
• Fantastic communication skills

It would be great if you also had:
• Python or Perl scripting
• Windows experience
• Firewall configuration experience like EFW(Endian firewall),Cisco pix, IPCOP
• Work experience on hosting panel like Ensim,H-sphere,cpanel,plesk or any open source hosting panel
• VLAN
• SNMP
• Cisco router configuration

That's a one person admin-team? Me thinks the pay should reflect the 3-4 person work effort?
To put things in perspective I would think: $++ ;)
