Look at this message:
http://kerneltrap.org/mailarchive/linux-kernel/2007/10/3/328413
Here is the corresponding version on lkml.org:
http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/10/3/164
You will see the KernelTrap version is truncated right where the Japanese characters start. It seems it's an encoding issue, because the Japanese chars are not correctly displayed in the lkml.org version either, but at least the rest of the message is not truncated.
thanks
Thanks for the bug report -- I'd experienced similar problems much earlier in the development cycle but thought I'd resolved them. I'll do some testing in my local sandbox with that specific message to better understand the problem and get this fixed, hopefully today.
