Logitech Mouse and X11

When Selection-1.0 came out I downloaded it and found that it didn't work. But, using the code, I was able to find out what my Logitech (non-bus) three button mouse was sending, and I rewrote the code so I could use it. It worked beautifully. Now

INFO SE-400 hand-scanner driver

... buy the SE-400 hand-scanner from INFO and get it to work under linux? I can turn it on and off, and sense the positions of the switches on the scanner, but that's about it. How do I get $#@%^ data from it? - Hillel

Good point, I have a COLORADO tape drive, and I use it with a program called TAPE.EXE under dos, but it would be great if I could treat it as a tape drive - i.e. /dev/rst0 !!!
