hi there,
i tried the 4.6-beta on a newish notebook and this is

a report of what happened.
the install went fine (except the disklabel issue i report

in another email).  but when i tried to boot the system

i got a kernel panic in acpicpu0 (or thereabout).
as bsd.rd booted fine, i thought i'd try to make a more

useful bug report, besides the lame screenshot we people

without serial can do most of the time..  i compiled

a static acpidump and pcidump and ran it from the usb

stick after booting bsd.rd
the results of acpidump, screenshots of trace (the

first one contains the single line of 'ps' at the

top as well), and the dmesg can be found here:

pcidump produced no result, maybe someone could shed

a bit light on it why.
