pfsync and byte/packet counters

Hello.

I noticed that byte and packet counters do get written to pfsync_state in 
pfsync_state_export(), but are never read back on receiving side.

I suppose reading them back is useless, as they would not get updated on rule 
deletion, and with pfsync packets not guaranteed to be delivered, counters on 
receiving side would never be correct.

Why not remove them from pfsync_state entirely then?
