have it react to them changing.
In short - it is an infrastructure to gather metrics from a lot of
places, in various ways. And a web interface that allows you to make
pretty graphs of them. For anything more, there are proper pieces in it,
but you need to figure out yourself how to operate them and write
something that will plug into them.
