man zstty
(the manpage doesn't mention the dev nodes, bug)
you use the regular device nodes, i think /dev/ttya and /dev/cuaa in
this case - zs DOES support cua, with a limitation mentioned in the
manpage.

the device i had in mind that doesn't support cua on sparc(64) was
spif.
