Yes, I've been thinking about that, too.  It's one of the perks of

owning the CDs and the install notes are good for starters.
If we turn around how we look at it, the USB stick could fit in the

handout.  If the handout is A5 or A6, then standard envelopes could be

used.  *A* problem is that the chips are small :

Thus, with or without a leash, they are easily lost.

The corner of the booklet is shown and the light is angled to show the

relative thicknesses.  The smallest is about as thick as the booklet

itself.
Booklets above a certain number of pages get better treatment in

libraries and library catalogs.  I can't recall the minimum number of

pages right now.

In the US, both NPR and PBS work that way.  Fundraiser conferences might

also be good.  Slackathon has, as far as the content and activity goes,

been tremendous.  IIRC it brings in some money.

So that's one method that works right now.  Maybe the CD distribution

can be re-modelled to work in Europe.  Maybe asking those in Europe how

they deal with small transfers will result in methods with improved cash

flow.
