Yes, it's pretty common for ports that allow user-defined fonts
(e.g.  GD, RRD) to pull in fontconfig from xbase.

libs is the bigger part of it... it looks like the most you'll save
is 10MB or so, and people who this is a problem for are pretty likely
to already be trimming their installation sets.
