Just like oyu say, it's not possible to know where the system will be
use in the world and as such, timezone are asked at install time, so I
think it would make sense to asked for the ntp zone as well, or just
make it easy and if default is selected, they tie it to the ntp zone
that make sense for the timezone already selected.
Just a thought. I changed mine anyway as I had some issue with the pool
that was return, but YMMW.
Just passing what I found and the request of ntp.org in that regard,
nothing more.
