Question about 4.2 Package availability

I just wanted to confirm the following:


If I've installed OpenBSD 4.2 and I need a specific package (in this

case, net-smpd) which is not available on the CD, I must wait until

4.2 is officially released. Then I can get the packages I need from

the ftp site.
