[Open-graphics] OGD1 logic update, video next

The logic, in simulation, is now able to read and write main memory.
What I would REALLY like to do is hand that over to others to help
stress-test it, while I move on to video.  Speaking of video, that's
probably a two-person job.  Can anyone give me a hand?  I'm going to
dig out and refresh my memory on Patrick's stuff, so I can program it,
but additionally, we need something to capture frames.  I think there
is something to do that too, but I have forgotten too much.
