docygen: python dependency

G'day,

does anyone know why devel/doxygen depend on python?

The docygen website lists the following dependencies in order to take FULL 
advantage of this utility:

 * flex
 * bison
 * make
 * perl
 *qt
 *teTeX
 * graphviz
 * ghostscript

No mentioning of python

The removal of this dependency had no obvious impact during the configuration, 
build and installation process of doxygen.
