Rename PERCPU_ENOUGH_ROOM to PERCPU_AREA_SIZE since its really specifying the
size of the percpu areas.

Rename PERCPU_MODULE_RESERVE to PERCPU_RESERVE_SIZE in anticipation of more
general use of that reserve.
