I hope so. At least lwn.net has an API changes site:

I also looked into MAINTAINERS, but it seems there is no official API
'maintainer'.

Aren't the most cpumaps (like cpu/cpu*/topology/*_siblings or
node/node*/cpumap) bitmasks?
