By popular request, libata (and all other ATA-related info) has a wiki:

http://ata.wiki.kernel.org/

The content on http://linux-ata.org/ will be moved over to the wiki as
time permits. I moved over several pages, but the big ones -- hardware
and software status -- are not yet moved.
