Similar sysfs_add_one() was reported at http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/10/16/25 and
a patch is pointed in the discussion there, this might help you.

Should now be fixed in Linus's tree. Can you try that (or wait for
2.6.24-rc2) and let me know if that fixes this for you?
