Plus please enable CONFIG_SCHED_DEBUG and CONFIG_SCHEDSTATS and run this debug script while such a transfer is going on: http://people.redhat.com/mingo/cfs-scheduler/tools/cfs-debug-info.sh and send me the resulting file.
