comp.mail.uucp for one would be appropriate.
comp.mail.elm would be another one.
the smail mailing list would be another.
comp.mail.sendmail might also work.

both smail and sendmail+IDA can do this quite nicely.
you need to use system and not elm aliases.

I think the aliases are compiled in as /usr/lib/aliases if I recall
correctly.  Do a 'strings smail | grep aliases' and see.
(sorry, I switched to sendmail5.65c+IDA and don't have smail around
        anymore to check).
