The only problem was that I too ordered the ATI EISA card. Didn't work with linux's X8514 version of X. Would start up correctly but when it switched back to text mode it wasn't correct. Had to send it back and go with the ISA card :-< If you get your EISA ATI card to work, let me know. Lastly my EISA card didn't have a mouse and the ISA box shows the card with a mouse!
