I have my net-2 up and working on my private lan.  Now I would like to get
SLIP up.  I have tried to use "dip" and I can access the line but when I
try to enter slip mode I get a HOSTNAME msg. And also when I exit the call
is ended.  I have not entered a sl0 in ifconfig.  I guess I need 
1) how to configure the slip interface
2) how to use dip to access the slip line
3) how to use slip with xwindows

Any help would be thanked.
