First off, PLEASE RESPOND IN EMAIL, I have a crappy news reader, and have
to peice through all the news, I can't scan headers.

Ok, when I try to start X (after fixing most of the Xconfig to suit my
card and monitor), I am getting fatal errors, and mouse errors, as well.
A list of the screen is as follows:

ATI BIOS Information Block:
Signature Code: 31 = VGA WONDER
   Chip version: 5 = ATI 28800-5
   BIOS version: 0.1
   Byte at offset 0x42 0x17
   Byte at offset 0x44 0xffffffdc

This video adapter is a: VGA WONDER XL (V7)
Amount of Ram on video adapter: 512k

VGA256: ati (mem: 512k clocks: 8)
VGA256: clocks: 25.0 28.0 0.0 22.0 36.0 52.0 0.0 62.0
VGA256: Mode: "640x480": mode clock = 28.0, clock used = 28.0
VGA256: Virtual resolution set to 800x655
VGA256: SpeedUp code selection modified because chipset != et4000
VGA256: SpeedUp code selection modified because VirtualX != 1024
Cannot open mouse: Invalid argument

Fatal server error:
failed to initialize core devices
giving up.
xinit: Invalid argument (errno 22): unable to connect to X server.
xinit: No such process (errno 3): Server error.

Uh, what do I do? I have NO clue, I changed the fontpath, and still got
the same errors
