I have a strange problem with the rlogind program. It works fine
on one machine, but on a new machine I've set up, if you try to
rlogin into it, it bombs out with the following message;

{speedy}: ~$ rlogin epc202
Unable to determine your tty name.
Connection closed.

Is this a permissions problem somewhere?
