if you're using uugetty rather than getty, the example line in the
/etc/fstab is wrong.  You want to reverse the order of the speed and the
device in the line for your device if you're using uugetty.

Once again, this is a case where Peter didn't include the man page
or readme file(s) so it's not obvious...I installed mine from sources
previously and remembered that little tidbit.
