It seems that every other time I try to compile some package there are
some problems with the ?BSD? sigblock() sigpause() functions not
supported in linux POSIX (mostly). I can remember some time back there
was a discussion/fight about what was the best way to #define them to
comply with linux. Could someone please send me the "outcome" of that
discussion? Could anyone suggest some documentation on how to convert
these programs to POSIX?

Also I seem to be fighting a simmilar battle between termio.h and
termios.h. I'm sure there are some 'really' smart people out there
who could point out the differences between them. I'd sure like to know.A

thanks in advance.

In the past 25 years I've played rolls as varied as Spock, Mr. Spock,
Science officer Spock, Captain Spock, and now Admiral Spock. There isn't
a Spock around I haven't played. - Spitting Image.
