I am attempting to use ka9q to make a slip connection with Notre Dame.  When
I log in at nd I can type slip <address> to get a slip connection.  But
I cannot seem to get ka9q to make the connection.  ND will give me the
address I need to use for myself, and I put that in startup.net and have
set up the rest of the startup.net file according to the sparse instructions,
but when I ping to an address at nd, it cannot manage it.

I'd appreciate anyone who is successfully using ka9q and slip to let me know
in alot of detail how they did it.  Thanks.

Also, I was just wondering how the tcpip stuff was coming...
