The "problem" that caused Rik's packages not contain stty is because
the GNU configure script looks for something that it doesn't find when
determining whether to build stty (part of the shell utilities), so
you have to dig in and edi some Makefiles.  It compiles and works
perfectly, the GNU configure just doesn't pick up on something right.
