I should probably add this to the meta-faq.  There is a mail server on
pit-manager.mit.edu (not sure of the address) that has more or less
_all_ the FAQs available.  It is also ftpable, I think.  More details in
news.answers, which is the newsgroup to which all faqs should be
crossposted, and, ergo, where they should be found it they can be found
at all in a given news spool.
