Huh?  Do you mean you don't have access to an FTP program, or do you mean
that you couldn't successfully login to it using FTP?

I don't think so, but if you must, try the FTPMAIL server ftpmail@decwrl.dec.com.
Be prepared to be patient.  It could take days for you to get replies.
