I have been using my Microsoft busmouse driver for about 3 weeks
    and I've had no problems.

Diffs are against unpatched 0.97.pl1 but works for 0.97.pl2 with
    no modifications.

I'll put the driver to nic.funet.fi,
    /pub/OS/Linux/kernel/MicrosoftBusmouse097.tar.Z

Using this patch, you should be able to compile kernel with
Microsoft, Logitech or no busmouse at all. If you try this, let me
know how it worked. (I tried not to touch the Logitech code but as
I cannot test it myself, someone should test that too).
