Firstly, kudos (!) to Linus on the great job with the .97 release. I
was grudging the upgrade (had been using .95c+) but went smooth and
was well worth it! Furthermore, upgraded to the .97 version of the root
(which saved about 4megs of disk space!) which is also much better.

I am now in the process of getting the kernel to compile however I am getting
some strange results. I am using a 2M swap file (NOT partition). I get
some errors during swaps like:
rw_swap: bad swapfile
This occurs during compilation using gcc 2.2.2d with 4M RAM and 2M swap.
Any ideas? Thanks.
